This project advocates for the expansion of non-congregate shelters for unhoused individuals in Cambridge, Massachusetts. We worked in collaboration with Project Right to Housing (PR2H), a community-based collective of grassroots organizers championing a Housing First approach to eradicate homelessness. By embedding our policy research and design contributions within the Housing First paradigm, we aim to bolster PR2H's endeavors to ensure housing security for all unhoused, underhoused, evicted, and struggling residents of Cambridge.
